自豪感 vs 自滿
Pride vs complacency
成功人士充滿了自豪感。對(duì)于我自己來(lái)說(shuō),我對(duì)我的家庭背景以及我的中國(guó)出身感到自豪。但是自滿又是另外一回事,而且會(huì)有相當(dāng)大負(fù)面影響。自滿的人通常不大能聽進(jìn)別人的批評(píng),他們充滿了防御性,對(duì)于別人對(duì)他們的評(píng)價(jià)又過(guò)度敏感。結(jié)果他們不會(huì)是一個(gè)好的聽眾,也不能很好地觀察別人。太過(guò)于驕傲,甚至是自負(fù),會(huì)讓原本聰明的人無(wú)法充分發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的才智,因?yàn)樽载?fù)會(huì)妨礙他們的學(xué)習(xí)能力,阻礙他們尋求建議幫助,并且識(shí)別他們的錯(cuò)誤。因此,必須要區(qū)分自豪感與自負(fù),然后分析你自己在哪種程度上屬于哪一種。
